Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end financial close, managing multi-entity reconciliations, coordinating internal and external audit processes, and maintaining stringent internal controls. Furthermore, you will take charge of emerging reporting standards—such as mandatory AASB sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks—ensuring the organization stays ahead of evolving regulatory expectations. You will also collaborate with operational managers to review balance sheet integrity, analyze working capital fluctuations, and provide actionable commercial insights that drive profitability and cost efficiency. Mentoring junior members of the finance team and championing continuous improvement initiatives within our ERP environment will also form a crucial part of your ongoing mandate.
