  • Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, performance indicators, and automated reporting workflows.

  • Use business intelligence tools to identify trends, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to decision-makers.

  • Work with database specialists to improve data structures, reporting queries, and information retrieval processes.

  • Assist in reconciling information between financial applications, data warehouses, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms.

  • Establish data validation checks and contribute to improving the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business information.

  • Support the automation of repetitive reporting tasks to reduce manual processing and improve productivity.

  • Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure reports meet operational, analytical, and regulatory requirements.

Cloud Technology, Integration and Project Delivery

  • Support cloud-based business applications and their integration with financial platforms, databases, and reporting systems.

  • Work with technical teams to review data flows, APIs, system dependencies, and application interfaces.

  • Assist with testing plans, user acceptance testing, regression testing, issue tracking, and implementation activities.

  • Participate in Agile meetings, project planning sessions, requirements workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify business processes through automation, improved system configuration, and better use of technology.

  • Follow organizational policies for data protection, access management, change control, and information security.

  • Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders who may not have an IT background.

  • Monitor system performance and contribute to resolving recurring operational problems.
