Activity Tours - Award-Winning Hunter Valley Wine & Cheese Tour from Sydney

Embark on a luxury wine-tasting escape from Sydney into Australia's legendary Hunter Valley wine region. Recognized as the top tour operator in the region for four years running, this full-day experience is specifically designed to step away from mass-tourist traps and immerse guests into authentic boutique winemaking. With a maximum group limit of 14 travelers, you enjoy direct access to winemakers, personalized service, and a relaxed pace throughout the day.

Private Cellar Doors & Expert Wine Pairings

Traverse the rolling green vineyards of Pokolbin and visit 3 to 4 carefully selected family-owned wineries. Guided by certified wine hosts, you will sample up to 20 different wine varieties—ranging from world-renowned Hunter Valley Semillon and Chardonnay to robust Shiraz and rich dessert wines. Complementing the liquid indulgence is a dedicated artisan cheese-tasting session where local cheese specialists demonstrate how regional dairy flavors elevate and balance distinct wine profiles.

Scenic Lakeside Dining & Countryside Charm

Take a relaxing break mid-day at Cypress Lakes for a delicious lunch complete with your choice of hot or cold dishes served alongside a complementary glass of wine. Between cellar door stops, enjoy the tranquil countryside scenery, picturesque vineyard laneways, and opportunistic wild kangaroo spotting along the vine rows.
