The Naturally Clean Co

In a modern world filled with hectic work schedules, family commitments, and busy lifestyles, finding time to maintain a pristine home can feel overwhelming. At the same time, many traditional cleaning services rely heavily on harsh synthetic chemicals, bleach, and artificial fragrances that linger in indoor air and pose risks to children and pets. Based in Brisbane and servicing the wider South East Queensland region, The Naturally Clean Co was founded to change this narrative. We provide a revolutionary approach to property care, combining meticulous, hotel-standard cleaning results with 100% environmentally friendly, non-toxic products that protect your family and preserve our natural wildlife.

What Makes The Naturally Clean Co Special?

We believe that achieving a deeply sanitized, sparkling home should never come at the expense of your health or the environment. Several distinct core values set our service apart from conventional cleaning agencies:

• 100% Eco-Friendly and Family-Safe: Every product in our cleaning toolkit is selected for its safety profile. Free from harsh chemical residues, our formulas are completely safe for crawling babies, curious toddlers, and sensitive household pets.

• The "Pay After Clean" Guarantee: We stand firmly behind the quality of our workmanship. Unlike companies that demand upfront payments before seeing the results, we don’t charge a cent until your clean is successfully completed.

• 100% Happiness Guarantee: Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely thrilled with any aspect of your clean, our team will return to fix it free of charge within our 7-day policy window.

• Handpicked, Passionate Professionals: Our cleaners are not casual contractors; they are carefully vetted, highly trained cleaning specialists who possess an extraordinary eye for detail and a genuine love for their craft.

Background and History: Revolutionizing SEQ Cleaning

The Naturally Clean Co was born out of a simple observation: traditional cleaning companies relied far too heavily on aggressive, chemical-laden agents that left synthetic odours and environmental footprints behind. Founders set out to establish a business that proved natural cleaning could match—and exceed—the performance of conventional methods.

Starting locally in Hawthorne and expanding across the wider Brisbane and South East Queensland metropolitan areas, the company has experienced rapid growth fueled entirely by word-of-mouth recommendations, hundreds of five-star reviews, and an unyielding commitment to customer care. By blending old-fashioned reliability with modern booking transparency and green chemistry, The Naturally Clean Co has grown into one of Brisbane's most trusted domestic and commercial cleaning authorities.
