Whether you are battling chronic corporate desk posture, recovering from a strenuous sports workout, managing an ongoing injury, or simply seeking a moment of deep relaxation away from the bustling city streets, our team of dedicated professionals is here to help. We pride ourselves on getting straight to the core of your muscle tension and delivering genuine, long-lasting results.

Our Background and History: Over Two Decades of Excellence

Established in 2003, Knead Massage has spent more than 20 years building a sterling reputation across Brisbane as a premier destination for therapeutic bodywork. Over the years, the demands placed on the modern body have shifted—long hours hunched over computers, increased screen time, and high-stress professional environments have made targeted muscular care more critical than ever.

Throughout our history, we have remained fiercely committed to clinical excellence. We have carefully curated a team of highly trained, qualified, and intuitive therapists—many holding advanced qualifications in health sciences, myotherapy, and specialized bodywork. By combining traditional therapeutic techniques with modern physiological insights, Knead Massage has grown largely through client loyalty and glowing word-of-mouth recommendations, remaining a cornerstone of wellness in central Brisbane.

What Makes Knead Massage Special?

In a city with countless wellness options, clients consistently choose Knead Massage because we reject cookie-cutter relaxation routines in favor of personalized, results-driven therapy. What sets us apart includes:

• Experienced, Qualified Therapists: Our practitioners are true professionals who take the time to understand your unique anatomy, lifestyle, and pain points before starting any treatment.

• Central CBD Location: Located at 233 Albert Street, we are easily accessible for city workers, professionals, and inner-city residents looking to fit targeted care into their working week or weekend.

• Open 7 Days a Week: We understand that pain and stress do not follow a standard 9-to-5 schedule. We open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate busy lifestyles.

• Instant HICAPS Rebates: We make claiming private health insurance seamless with on-the-spot HICAPS processing, saving you time and administrative hassle.
